ASCO INDUSTRIAL GRATINGS fences from interpenetrated gratings:
-are available in the standard length (axial) of 2000 mm;
-in various heights and pitches;
-with standard bearing bars 25/2 or 25/3 mm, cross bars Φ 5 or Φ 6 mm;
-with various types of posts (flat bar 8 mm or IPN80) with holes for screwing or anchoring;
-hot-dip galvanized according to ISO 1461 or hot-dip galvanized and powder coated in RAL colors.
The fences are made of automatically prepared longitudinal strips and round cross bars, without welding or pressing, but by penetrating the round bars through the holes made at equal distances in the middle of the strips, forming square or rectangular meshes.
This production method is more flexible in terms of the range of fences manufactured.
Fences made of interpenetrated gratings have both sides visible and are most appropriate for orders with many different final dimensions.
ASCO INDUSTRIAL GRATINGS fences can be produced - with narrow or very narrow meshes to prevent climbing and jumping over fences;
-with heights greater than 2 meters, double fences with reinforced posts.
Our fences are joined with M8x30 mm stainless steel anti-theft screws & M8x90 mm galvanized anchors.
Fences made of interpenetrated gratings are suitable for vertical uses such as: fences for buildings, athletic facilities, hospitals, schools, military camps, ports, anti-dazzle panels for roads etc.
