Forge-welded gratings (SP) with bearing bars full or serrated are made from structural steel (S275JR or S275JR) according to EN 10025 and are hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461.

1. For ball proof Φ 20 mm.

Pitch CxD = 34×24 mm, central bearing bars can be serrated or plain (AxB mm), cross bar twisted S5mm and closing bars plain.

2. For ball proof Φ 35 mm.

Pitch CxD = 34×38 mm, central bearing bars can be serrated or plain (AxB mm), cross bar twisted S4,3mm and closing bars plain.

Gratings are suitable for uniformly distributed loads & for point loads, depending on clear span and calculations for bearing bar and pitch dimensions (RAL GZ 638).

Forge-welded gratings (SP) are suitable for horizontal applications including products such as: gratings for floors, racks, industrial stairs, ventilation shafts, storm water drains and covers.
