Press-locked gratings are made of bearing bars and cross bars by the method of pressing. This means that the cross bars are pressed and inserted into the notches provided at the top of the longitudinal strips
at equal distances, forming rectangular meshes. This method of execution ensures the fast, economical and qualitative production of the gratings without welding knots and offers the possibility to produce very narrow meshes (11.11 x 11.11 mm). In this way we produce the gratings to the final dimensions.
We comply with international standards about industrial gratings.
Bearing bars have height from 20 to 50 mm.
Bearing bars have thickness of 2 & 3 mm.
Cross bars have thickness of 2 & 3 mm.
Serrated bearing bars have thickness of 3 mm for pitch 33x33 mm.
Main use: Platforms, shelves, ventilation ducts and installations, covers for drainage and storm water drains, walkways, sun shades, stair
landings, architectural applications and many other applications.
