Press-locked gratings P are made from structural steel S235JR according to EN 10025 and are hot-dip galvanized according to EN ISO 1461.

Maximum grating dimension is 2000x2000 mm.

For ball proof Φ 20 mm   &   Φ 35 mm:

Standard pitch CxD = 33x11 - 50x11 & 33x33 mm;

Bearing bars plain or serrated (AxB mm), cross bars plain 9x2mm or 9x3mm and perimeter banding bars T profile or flat bars.

Gratings are suitable for uniformly distributed loads & for point loads, depending on clear span and calculations for bearing bar and pitch dimensions (RAL GZ 638).

Press-locked gratings (P) are produced according to following standards

-DIN 24537

-EN ISO 14122-2

- Tolerances and calculations according to RAL GZ 638

- Hot-dip galvanizing according to EN ISO 1461

Press-locked gratings are suitable for horizontal applications including products, such as:

Gratings for floors, racks, stairs, storm water drains and covers.
